Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions for systems integration and configuration
• Analyze systems scope and objectives to produce functional design specifications
• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years in a Business Analysis role, with preference for candidates who have led engagements
• 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in Life and Annuities
• Knowledge of policy administration, underwriting, and implementation in the insurance industry
• Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
• Familiarity with configurable enterprise systems
