Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Remote HR Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding checklist for new hires and ensure compliance with wage laws
• Review new hire paperwork for accuracy and manage corrections to Form I-9
• Communicate with hiring managers and employees to resolve onboarding issues

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience, preferably in HR or office administration
• Experience with new hire processing and I-9 compliance preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• General knowledge of Human Resources employment practices
