What You’ll Do: Be the Voice of Southwest LUV from Home As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Support Agent for Southwest Airlines, you will be on the front lines, providing friendly and efficient assistance to our valued Customers. With our robust training, you’ll quickly become proficient in:
Providing Legendary Customer Service: Assist Southwest Customers primarily via phone, and potentially chat or email, with a wide range of inquiries.
