A company is looking for a Medical Benefits Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound calls related to prescription benefits and authorizations
• Conduct medical benefit investigations to verify insurance eligibility
• Follow up on prior authorizations with payers and providers

Required Qualifications and Education

• 1 year or more of recent Medical benefits/Prior authorizations experience
• Must reside in Florida
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
• Quiet workstation with high-speed internet and modem access
