Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to recruit and hire healthcare professionals for the Department of Veteran Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement independent recruiting strategies to screen and evaluate healthcare workers
• Build and maintain a network of potential healthcare workers to meet company goals
• Negotiate compensation packages and ensure compliance with credentialing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare recruiting
• Experience supporting recruitment for a large healthcare or hospital system
• Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting regulations and practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media recruitment sources
