Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the annual salary review process, including merit increases and promotions
• Manage and implement compensation programs, policies, and procedures ensuring compliance with applicable laws
• Conduct market analysis and manage salary structures to ensure competitive and equitable pay

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of compensation management experience
• Professional certification (e.g., CCP, SHRM-CP) preferred
• Proficient in compensation software and advanced Excel; strong data analysis skills
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
• Working knowledge of HRIS/PAY systems; WORKDAY preferred
