Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year of previous customer service experience, preferably in Healthcare
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
• Experience using multiple applications and phone systems simultaneously
• Accurate keyboard skills with proven data entry ability
