A company is looking for a Support Specialist to assist customers with product inquiries and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Quickly understand, categorize, and diagnose customer requests through various communication channels
• Stay informed on production issues and suggest creative workarounds for users
• Document customer interactions and ensure issues are resolved through follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of veterinary terminology and workflows
• 3+ years of experience in a veterinary hospital
• Experience using or installing Instinct EMR
• Availability to work overnights and weekends
