Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Mass Market Fundraising & Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to maximize supporter growth and engagement
• Lead and manage a team of over 30 members, ensuring effective budget allocation and performance management
• Oversee fundraising program management, optimizing acquisition and retention strategies across multiple channels

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with at least 15 years in fundraising
• Proven experience in leading high-performance fundraising teams and developing ambitious fundraising plans
• Demonstrated success in driving individual giving growth through various donor acquisition channels
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Experience in developing and implementing testing and optimization programs for fundraising initiatives
