Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale onboarding programs across sales, customer success, and partnerships
• Track and analyze rep performance to identify gaps and prioritize enablement focus areas
• Run call reviews, sales workshops, live trainings, and maintain a feedback loop between teams

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement, or related GTM Ops roles in SaaS
• Experience delivering onboarding and enablement programs in high-growth environments
• Strong collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams
• Familiarity with sales tools, LMS platforms, and enablement workflows
