Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Product Manager focused on New User Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the onboarding funnel from signup through activation and conversion
• Analyze user behavior using quantitative and qualitative data to identify insights and opportunities
• Drive onboarding experimentation and coordinate cross-functional progress with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years in growth, product, or user experience roles at SaaS or PLG companies
• Proven track record in driving growth through onboarding, activation, and product experimentation
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools, including SQL
• Experience with in-app guidance and onboarding platforms
• Strong collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams
