Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Manager, Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute growth marketing experiments to drive pipeline for the Commercial sales team
• Collaborate with the Commercial Sales team to identify bottlenecks and develop targeted programs and campaigns
• Analyze program performance and provide insights to leadership on effectiveness and areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 4-year undergraduate degree from a top school, preferably in a quantitative or business-oriented field
• 2-5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing at a fast-paced startup
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and manage initiatives from concept to execution
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate outcomes and inform decisions
• Project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
