Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and advanced leadership skills
• Experience in cultivating and stewarding mid-to-high level donors
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills
