Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Marketer to lead customer acquisition and retention across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Run experiments and A/B tests to optimize marketing strategies and drive growth
• Analyze user behavior and build dashboards to uncover actionable insights for improvement
• Execute and optimize customer acquisition campaigns and improve user retention through lifecycle marketing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 3-5 years of hands-on growth marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment
• 3+ years of experience with WordPress CMS or similar platforms
• 3+ years of experience with lifecycle marketing tactics
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance marketing tools
