Government Compliance Finance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Government Finance Compliance Specialist for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and remediate gaps in timekeeping and billing practices for compliance with government regulations
• Build a transparent G&A allowable-indirect wrap-rate model and establish procedures for cost segregation
• Prepare a revised Disclosure Statement reflecting updated processes and methodologies

Required Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of cost accounting and audit experience
• Proven track record with government contracts and compliance management
• Deep knowledge of DCAA, CAS, FAR, DOE, and DEAR regulations
• Expertise in direct/indirect billings and related reporting
• Hands-on experience with Basic Online timekeeping and SAP ERP
