Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Solution Center (PSC) Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales staff with credit-related issues and complex income scenarios
• Assist with hard-to-place loans and non-agency guideline inquiries
• Review and approve loan product marketing collateral to ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 8 years' mortgage experience
• Proficiency in Tax Return Analysis and Non-QM products
• Thorough understanding of credit and complex financial documents
• Self-starter with the ability to maintain quality in a fast-paced environment
