Senior Tax Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Tax Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the coordination and execution of federal and state information reporting and withholding remittance
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Support reconciliation activities of tax-related accounts and collaborate with IT teams on data integration
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • 5-7 years of experience in the life insurance and/or annuity industry
  • Strong knowledge of IRS tax reporting regulations related to life insurance and annuities
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvements
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
