Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Global Trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage global trade compliance programs to ensure adherence to laws and regulations
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in collaboration with the Integrity Team
• Oversee monitoring and reporting systems for regulated activities, identifying gaps and enhancing controls

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; Juris Doctorate preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in a public corporation
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements from U.S. government departments
• Thorough knowledge of global trade compliance issues including export controls and import regulations
• Experience managing global trade compliance programs and leading a team
