Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applied Legal Researcher (Staff Attorney).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the knowledge base for personal injury claims
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance product offerings and tackle legal automation challenges
• Conduct legal research and mentor the Legal Operations Team on evolving legal standards

Required Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• 5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Exceptional legal drafting skills with a track record of producing complex legal documents
• Deep knowledge of personal injury law across multiple states
