Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire billing process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims and accounts receivable management
• Provide monthly status and analysis of operational, financial, billing, and budget statistics to practices and management
• Monitor billing performance metrics, analyze trends, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and coding guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field is required
• 5-7 years of healthcare billing or revenue cycle management experience is required
• 2-3 years of management experience is required
• In-depth knowledge of billing processes, coding principles, and reimbursement methodologies is necessary
• Strong leadership and team management skills are essential
