Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gender and Land Rights Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide research and policy advisory services on gender equality and land rights
• Support SDG 5.a.2 monitoring and reporting through analysis of legal and policy frameworks
• Develop and deliver training and capacity-building activities

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Law, Land Governance, or Land and Agrarian studies
• 1 to 10 years of relevant experience in legal or policy work promoting gender equality in land tenure
• Working knowledge of English, French, or Spanish
• Demonstrated interest in gender equality concepts and their application to land rights
• Experience in policy advisory and development in relevant regions is an asset
