Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to work from home supporting Aetna Medicare members.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients regarding medication adherence and provide one-on-one support
• Address patient concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate calls to Pharmacists as needed
• Utilize computer systems to record patient information and collaborate with teams for program improvements

Required Qualifications

• Resident of specific states due to regulatory compliance
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence
• 1+ year of experience in retail healthcare, preferably in a high-volume call center
• Minimum of one consecutive year of customer service experience
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
