Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Representative I -CFA Claims (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer member inquiries and resolve service problems by researching and providing information
• Examine claims to identify key elements and processing requirements, calculating deductibles and managing overpayments and underpayments
• Execute enrollment transactions and generate accurate billing for policies and products

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service or claims experience, preferably in an inbound call center
• Preferred experience in health care or health insurance
• Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships
• Self-starter with strong organizational and planning skills
