Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager who is passionate about customer success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue retention and growth in assigned customer accounts, meeting quota targets
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline, forecasting product utilization and identifying trends
• Serve as the primary contact for Customer Success Managers, managing contracts and client requests

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management within a technology or professional services organization
• Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or marketing technology
• Proven track record of quota achievement and experience closing mid-market and large deals
• Experience managing a book of enterprise and strategic business
• Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
