Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Bilingual Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders to ensure customer satisfaction and guide them through plan benefits
  • Support all divisions by serving as the first point of contact for clients, advocating for their needs and maximizing savings
  • Assist clients in enrolling in Medicare insurance products during peak times
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Accident & Health resident insurance license required, or must obtain by a certain deadline
  • Recent insurance, call center, or work-from-home experience required
  • Ability to complete AHIP and additional onboarding requirements by a given deadline
