Executive Revenue Cycle Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Revenue Cycle Advisor to lead strategic revenue cycle initiatives for a hospital system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for end-to-end revenue cycle operations
• Analyze current-state processes and lead design of future-state workflows
• Advise hospital leadership on optimization of Epic revenue cycle modules

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in hospital revenue cycle management, including leadership/advisory roles
• Experience with Epic (Resolute, HB, Cadence)
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills
