Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to lead new clients through the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all implementation tasks including weekly calls, training sessions, and go-live tasks
• Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time
• Assist with testing development items, project deliverables, and creating internal and client documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of cloud-based SaaS applications
• 2+ years of experience with SaaS software implementations
• Excellent project management skills
• Understanding of technical concepts to provide guidance and solutions
• History in the Print/Mail industry is a plus
