Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support, improve, and design processes and applications in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on solutions for client/broker/TPA requests and growth initiatives
• Lead process discovery and document business processes for CRM and BI systems
• Manage small to medium projects, ensuring timely and budgeted completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics or a related field
• Over 3 years of experience in business analytics with a strong understanding of business processes
• Experience in Agile/Sprint Planning project management methodologies
• Familiarity with SQL for self-service analysis or quality assurance
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, including database servers and system integrations
