• Oversee logistics for shipping, organizing, and setting up equipment and marketing materials
• Coordinate with internal teams to strategize and plan event activations aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event planning and management, focusing on B2B events
• Experience in coordinating logistics for trade shows, conferences, or corporate events
• Ability to travel on-site at HQ and to regional conferences, up to 20% of the time
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with a detail-oriented approach
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to managing changing priorities
