Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in product marketing, partner marketing, or product management, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in executing successful go-to-market strategies for SaaS or multi-product portfolios
• Deep understanding of HCM technology, including HR, payroll, and workforce management
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and data-informed approach
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
