Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients 1:1 to provide support, training, and account reviews
• Manage retention efforts for clients at risk of cancellation
• Deliver well-documented handoffs to internal departments and advocate for client needs

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred, preferably in business or communications
• Previous experience in a support or customer service role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask independently
• Positive demeanor with a trustworthy character
• Understanding of real estate is a plus, but not necessary
