Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound/outbound telephone support to customers and agents, addressing various inquiries
• Document detailed notes on all interactions and assist in training new Associate CSRs
• Process customer requests while maintaining department service level agreements with urgency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience
• 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
• Proficient in servicing various product types and navigating multiple administrative systems
• Ability to mentor new hires and demonstrate empathy towards customers
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and adeptness at using available tools and resources
