Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Availability to work under 4 hours per day

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist with booking and modifying reservations
Provide accurate information about flight schedules, policies, and services
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer support
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on Delta s services and policies
