A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand and grow revenue in existing enterprise accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with customer success and renewals teams to reduce churn and maximize product adoption
  • Provide insights to enhance product roadmap and ensure successful execution of customer expectations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
  • 5+ years of quota carrying sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience working with global teams
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, and O365
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and mobile business applications
