Key Responsibilities

• Generate a $10M+ pipeline within 18 months through strategic outreach and executive engagement
• Conduct 50+ enterprise meetings per quarter, targeting Fortune 500 companies
• Lead campaigns, mentor others, and facilitate warm handoffs to Account Executives

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a BDR/SDR with a proven track record of meeting quotas
• Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem or enterprise software is a plus
• Comfortable using Salesforce, Outreach, and AI tools
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
