Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Marketing Lead for the LATAM region, working remotely from Mexico or Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute marketing tactics to generate leads and revenue aligned with LATAM business priorities
• Manage brand positioning and communications, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategies
• Track and report on marketing performance, collaborating with sales teams on lead generation outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or related areas in the HR Tech industry
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus
• Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
• Experience with marketing technologies such as Salesforce and Demandbase is desired
