Key Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to EHR system implementation, enhancement, and support
• Develop documentation, conduct application testing, and prepare training materials
• Provide ongoing support and participate in team on-call rotation for 24/7 assistance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required
• Experience with application testing and documentation is preferred
• Ability to understand and analyze workflows for efficiency improvements
• Participation in vendor review and technical testing is beneficial
