Healthcare IT Infrastructure Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT Infrastructure (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the IT Infrastructure department and oversee teams responsible for enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and cybersecurity
• Develop and execute long-term infrastructure strategies that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements
• Manage infrastructure budgets and ensure robust business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure roles, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity within a healthcare environment
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure, preferably with Microsoft Azure or equivalent platforms
• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in cybersecurity infrastructure and compliance requirements, including HIPAA
• Demonstrated success leading complex, large-scale IT projects from planning through execution
