Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Windows and Windows 365 at the tenant level
• Integrate with Microsoft 365 services and ensure data governance and security
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows platforms

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, administration, and IT consulting
• Broad knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 platforms
• Expertise in Windows 365 and integration with Azure Virtual Desktop
• Proficiency in MS Intune for device management
• Experience with Windows Hello for Business and Endpoint Analytics for Windows 11
