Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHR Support Analyst - Tier 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming client inquiries via telephone, chat, and email
  • Research and resolve client issues and requests while managing case backlog
  • Represent client needs and concerns when interacting with various departments
Required Qualifications
  • Customer service experience with a technology component
  • Experience using an EHR is preferred
  • RCM / Medical Billing experience is preferred
  • A Bachelor Degree is preferred but not required
  • Technologically proficient, using various software applications
