Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Administrator to provide technical support and manage service tickets in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users
  • Manage the Service Desk ticketing and change management systems
  • Maintain and improve documentation in the internal Knowledge Base
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune/Endpoint Manager
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, etc.)
  • Experience deploying and imaging workstations and supporting wireless networks
