Texas Licensed Initial Review Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Initial Review Pharmacist to monitor medication profiles and evaluate prescription drug orders for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescription orders accurately and timely
• Assess and implement patient care activities for safe drug therapy
• Document clinical interventions and manage adverse drug events

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or equivalent experience with an active TX State Board Pharmacy license
• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Proven experience with medical and biological terminology
• Experience with FrameworkLTC and Docutrack software preferred
• Must be able to obtain multiple state licenses through reciprocity
