Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President Due Diligence Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the due diligence process for investment advisory agreements, including data compilation and analysis
• Participate in ongoing due diligence requests, ensuring quality and compliance of response libraries
• Oversee and enhance a centralized library of standard content for due diligence questionnaires and similar requests

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in ETF, mutual fund, and fund compliance and governance
• BA degree required
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with content management systems for regulatory responses
• Familiarity with the Investment Company Act of 1940, particularly Section 15(c), is beneficial
