Key Responsibilities

• Review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence to assess litigation exposure
• Actively participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes
• Manage claims that enter litigation, collaborating with internal and external legal counsel to develop and execute litigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience handling New York Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims
• Familiarity with NY PIP litigation processes
• Experience working with defense counsel and legal teams
• Ability to conduct detailed claim investigations
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance in claims management
