Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel for its Link product.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel the global product team on consumer financial services, data protection, and privacy law related to the Link product
• Collaborate with various teams on legal and regulatory developments impacting product development and commercialization
• Draft and negotiate agreements, and build effective processes for legal review and product launches

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer in a top law firm or in-house legal team with technology companies
• JD degree (or local equivalent) and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• Passion for technology and ability to quickly understand complex business models
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple priorities efficiently
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
