Key Responsibilities

• Oversee space management, planning, and occupancy analysis to align with client goals
• Direct the planning and development of spatial activities and ensure compliance with program standards
• Coach the team in effective space planning solutions and manage client and vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Architecture, Corporate Real Estate)
• 10+ years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
• Basic understanding of corporate real estate and financial concepts
• Advanced skills in Adobe and Microsoft applications
• Advanced understanding of CAFM/IWMS (Serraview preferred) for space management
