• 7+ years of experience leading high-velocity sales teams, with 2+ years in outbound or product-assisted sales
• Proven ability to scale a sales team while maintaining or improving profitability
• Expertise in sales tools such as HubSpot and Gong
• Experience in hiring and developing top sales talent in competitive environments
• Strong understanding of revenue models related to non-contractual sales
