Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Insights & Analytics to transform raw data into strategic foresight.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor sales data to anticipate market shifts and customer behavior trends
• Develop high-impact dashboards and reports to analyze sales performance
• Collaborate with executives to deliver insights that inform company direction and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Insights
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Experience with syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, SPINS, Circana) and retailer POS tools
• Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge analytics and executive decision-making
• MBA or advanced degree in business, analytics, or related field (preferred but not required)
