Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the learning strategy and performance management system across the organization
• Redesign the onboarding program to create a structured, scalable experience for new hires
• Build AI-powered learning journeys and frameworks that enable scalable employee development

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or People Programs
• Experience designing and scaling asynchronous or AI-enhanced learning systems
• Expertise in remote-first onboarding and adult learning science
• Experience applying AI tools for learning and development
• Ability to partner with leaders to align development with business goals
