Key Responsibilities

• Drive team productivity and ensure effective daily conversion of interviews, hires, and placements
• Manage communication and support for current students, graduating students, and alumni, providing personalized career guidance
• Guide team members in coaching graduates through the interview and hiring process with allied healthcare employers

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in recruiting, career services, employment assistance, or sales
• Ability to handle a high-pressure environment and demonstrate people leadership
• Computer literacy/basic computer skills to navigate technology required for the role
• Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment
